Once cooked, peel and mash the sweet potatoes in a plate.
Add grated paneer and crushed makhana to the mashed sweet potatoes
Season with salt, black pepper and finely chopped green chili. Mix everything well.
Shape the mixture into tikkis (patties).
Add a tablespoon of ghee in a pan and pan fry the tikkis until golden brown on both sides.
Place the tikkis on a plate and drizzle with yogurt, tamarind chutney, coriander chutney, sprinkle red chili powder, bhuna jeera and garnish with pomegranate.
